We buy the player listed by our customer on the respective game platform (console) i.e the respective in game player market,so as we buy the player our customer gets the coins he/she paid for. This is the reason why we need our customers give us precise, legit and relevant information of the player placed on auction/bid by the customer.
In order to verify the payer, our Customer Service representatives will ask you for your Email/ Order Number (For eg. OGS12345XXXXXXX9 like this The order number is generated during placing an order). An Order Number helps us verify the payer(customer) and keep track of the order.
Steps -
1. A customer places an order. (During payment there are certain Fields as in the player name, bid price, email etc.we need you to fill in your legit info. Which helps us to assist you properly)
2. Customer gives his player info through email: [email protected] or through the website live chat.
3. Once we have Significant player information our customer care representative passes the information to the Delivery Representative.
4.As soon as the Delivery Representative gives conformation of purchase, our customer care will notify u of complete successful transfer.
5.In case of any difficulties such as player couldn’t be found, insufficient payment, or payer verification, etc . Our customer care representative will guide you through the process so you don’t need to worry.

Q.) I’m new to this sort of thing, I don’t know how the system works ?
A. - Well Don’t worry, our customer care representatives are here 24x7 to assist you, moreover you can ask all sorts of questions/ queries through our Twitter/Facebook/Email. Steps You Need To Know -

Q.) Pre-Sale enquiry ?
A.- We highly recommend our customers to check the availability of the coins before placing an order through our Facebook/Twitter/Live Chat*. It is helpful and a reliable way to prevent further fuss in case of stock shortage .
Q.) Post Sale Enquiry?
A. - Once a player has placed an order our sales team will send email to the buyer regarding Player Information. So we need our customers be cooperative by checking their emails frequently for our emails. Also the customer can use the Live Chat on our website, which btw is the fastest mean to get hold of your order status.
Our Customer Care (Live Chat)
will require the following info.
1. Order number/Email.
2. Player Info for the listed player by the customer includes (ONLY THE FIRST TIME*)
- Player Name
- Start Price (Bid Price for MT/MUT)
- Buy-now Price(Bid Price for MT/MUT)
- Player Expiry
3. Once your player is bought you will be notified by our customer care representative.
4. This process may take 5mins to 1/2 hours depending on the work load. But no need to worry if your player is expired we will ask you to list another player and buy it.
Q.) Why is My order taking to so long you said the order will take only 20 mins???
A. - We know our customers expect instant delivery from us but sometimes we are not able to provide instant coins delivery due to the work load and sometimes the availability. Before saying anything further, our company believes in customer-retailer transparency policy, so we would like to say that we get many orders hourly and we place orders on first come first serve basis, so as you place an order you will be placed in a que…. and we cannot neglect our other customers because every is equal for us. So we expect you to understand our situation before judging us. Also we need to assure you that we will complete your order no matter what it takes that’s our word, and we will do whatever it takes to keep our word.
Q.) Customer Verification Policy!!!
A. - We believe customer verification is a hard but necessary step to ensure the safety of our customers that they are not being scammed or someone else is not using their cards to pay without their brief consent.
The reason we are taking this step is that in our past years we had a few cases where payment/s were made without the consent of the card owner. And we had to block the transfer. We want to make sure that the payment we receive is from the person who wants to buy from us, not some scammer who is pretending to someone who he’s not.
**Note - Our Customer Care representative will not ask for your credential unless your payment is more than $50 or more.
Our Customer Care will call you to your given number or email you to give your Driving License / Passport / Student Card / Residence etc. We just need to see the name on the document and expiry date of the document the customer can hide other irrelevant info.
We will verify the name with the one we received order from…

Q.) Refund Policy:
A.- Thanks for shopping @mmobc. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we have. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, but sometimes one changes mind about what he wants, sometimes due to lack of patience one chooses not to buy, we respect the right to choose of our customers.Therefore we feel that it is our duty not to force our customers into buying what they don’t want, So here are the steps of claiming refund dispute.
1. Let the customer care service know about your plans as soon as possible before they buy off your player.
2. As soon as you tell our customer service they will cancel your order and put you on a refund list.
3. You need the following to apply for refund -
- Order Number / Email
4. We will refund within 1 or 2 working days .
5. For payments thru paysafe, visa / mastercards etc. will take time ever after being dispatched from us because it usually takes time for fulfilment of the necessary protocols.
(**Note - Refund will not be an eligible option if the transaction is already complete meaning if we’ve bought your player **** Also we will refund if we fail to buy/cannot buy your player**)
